First of all,

Spirituality is not the concept of believing in God.

Spirituality has nothing to do with the Himalayas and sages over there… So, please stop believing that people following spirituality will be doing meditation day and night in the mountains or forests.

Spirituality is not about wearing white or orange cloths for the entire life.
Spirituality doesn’t ask you to unfollow fashion or trends in the modern society.

Spirituality won’t force you to change your food habits against your will and wish.
Spirituality has nothing to with the religion. It is not even about being traditional or othodox.

If you consider Spirituality is meant for old-age people, you are committing a very big mistake and preventing yourself from accessing a great wisdom which can serve your highest good.

Spirituality doesn’t ask you to repeat any mantras, perform poojas or any kind of rituals.

Spirituality is not outdated or old-fashioned stuff as we assume.

If not all these, then what is spirituality? Are you eager to know? If so, click on my next post and keep reading.
