We have learnt about all the seven chakras in the human body and what key role each chakra plays. We came to know that we can stimulate these chakras through yogasanas. But only doing yoga is not enough/ yoga is not the only option to balance these chakras.
Chakras could be hyperactive or hypoactive. Both states are not considered healthy. We must balance them and keep them active. And for that, we must go through a conscious healing process.
The word health itself comprises the word ‘heal’ within it. Don’t think of yourself as healthy without healing yourself from deep inside. Healing your childhood traumas, emotional wounds, and purging all the negativity out of your body is necessary to gain complete physical, mental, emotional and spiritual health.
We are going to enter into the next theme: HEALING in the phoenix series to learn how to heal and balance each chakra in order to gain complete health. Healing is not a different theme from spirituality. It can be interpreted as advancement into Spirituality. To be precise, Healing refers to learning spirituality at a deeper level, knowing and enjoying its true essence in our reality.
In the same way, self-love is not a different concept from spirituality. Self-love starts with self-introspection that extends into deeper self-consciousness which is nothing but spirituality.
Theoretically, we are done with the current theme: Spirituality. HEALING IS A PRACTICAL APPROACH TOWARDS LIFE WITH SPIRITUAL WISDOM.
As of now, I am taking a break from Phoenix Series. Once I get back, the Healing theme will be continued. Till then HAPPY READING 🙂
