Spirituality is not the concept of believing in God. It is about recognising your true identity; Knowing your origin. It is about pursuing the universe as the combination of both masculine and feminine energies.
Each and every human being’s soul consists of both masculine and feminine energies within. Spirituality helps and guides us in balancing those energies and drives us towards love, peace, compassion, bliss, purity, stability, respect, faith and freedom. An imbalanced soul energy takes you exactly in the opposite direction i.e towards pain, rejection, ego, depression, confusion, anger, fear and abandonment.

Release all the negative energies like grief, hurt, pain, hatred, attachment, ahankar, jealousy, fears and low self-esteem which ruin your soul’s purity and power. Replace them with love, kindness, forgiveness, compassion, bliss, peace and stability.
Spend time in nature and fill in the positive vibes. Willingness to receive help from the universe matters a lot. Willingness to change towards the progress and betterment of life is acceptable.
