‘I love you’ is far more popular in this world than ‘I love myself’.
Maybe because, ‘I love myself’ is not a phrase to be repeated, it is an action to be taken with consistent efforts to become the better version of yourself.
Loving yourself is giving yourself enough freedom, courage and power to express your views and opinions fearlessly. Self-expression is an integral part of Self-love. And for that to happen your intentions, thoughts and feelings must be pure and honest. Only then you could speak out your truth without staggering a word. For a man/woman to be respected, their thoughts, words and actions should be in sync with one another. You can’t be someone inside and act like a different one outside. That never reflects your authenticity.
Therefore always keep your thoughts and intensions pure. Value what you speak and be honest with yourself and others. This allows you to take right action towards the progress of your life. Once the thought is right, action would be automatically right, hence the outcome too.
